At Ziggy Lou™, we want you to love every piece you purchase for your little ones; if an item isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a successful return.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Credit

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email with your store credit code or exchange confirmation.
